ROOTED / PRIVACY
6. App Store
Privacy Policy — English
Effective October 16, 2026. This policy applies to “23天掌握高频词根” (Rooted), an iOS/iPadOS root-learning app.
No developer data collection. The app requires no account and does not collect or transmit personal information, learning records or device identifiers to the developer. It includes no ads, third-party analytics or tracking SDKs, user-generated uploads or developer-operated cloud services.
Local records. Lesson progress, learned roots, review schedules, practice dates, weaknesses and saved learning activity remain in the app’s device storage. No automatic app cloud sync is provided. Apple-managed device backups may include this data according to your system settings.
Speech and links. Pronunciation uses Apple system speech synthesis. Some voices may require an OS-managed download. There is no microphone recording, speech recognition or location access. External etymology and support pages open only when you choose a link; those providers may process normal web request data under their policies. Learning records are not included in those links.
Export and deletion. A JSON export is shared only through the system share action you initiate. The receiving service handles it under its own policy. Uninstalling and deleting the app removes its local data; iOS offloading and backups may retain data and are controlled in system settings. There is no import or app-managed cloud sync in this version.
Purchases and support. App Store distribution, payments and refunds are handled by Apple. The app contains no subscriptions or in-app purchases and receives no payment credentials. Information you voluntarily email is used to respond to support requests. Do not send passwords or unnecessary sensitive data.
This website. GitHub Pages hosts these pages and may process IP addresses and technical access logs under the GitHub Privacy Statement. This site adds no analytics, advertising, remote fonts or tracking cookies.
